  • Medical insurance is offered through United Healthcare, one of the nation’s premier insurers.  I.B.C. also provides a company contribution to your monthly insurance premium to lower employees cost for insurance.  

  • Our insurance benefit allows you to select self-funded Dental and Vision coverages, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, and Voluntary Term Life at extremely low rates.  The Voluntary Term Life you select is in addition to a standard $20,000.00 Term Life and AD&D policy paid for by the company.  

  •  401K plan and a company match.  You can select a standard 401K plan or a Roth IRA plan. 

  • I.B.C. believes employees need personal time away from work, so it offers a very generous PTO Plan or Personal Time Off Plan.  On top of the generous PTO offered, all employees have Fridays and select holidays off. Employees enjoy having a 3-day weekend, as they work Monday – Thursday which is highly motivating.

  • At the end of each year, the company hosts a live auction using play money. Play money is rewarded based on an individual’s company performance. A real auctioneer is hired to run our live auction that includes a wide range of prizes such as vacation packages, gift cards, latest phone models, and tech gadgets. This event is hosted during our annual meeting where the whole company gets together to discuss the year’s performance and goals for the following year.

  • Periodically, our vendor partners invite I.B.C. employees to events hosted/sponsored by their company. As the company increases its footprint throughout the nation, the goal is to strengthen these partnerships through these events and I.B.C. employees get to be a part of that.

  • I.B.C. also believes in giving back to the community. I.B.C. sponsors several non-profit organizations and employees have the opportunity to be involved by volunteering at events. The interaction between the community and the company is highly rewarding.
