We have 40 employees serving all 21 states with our Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, TX.

Independent Buyers' Company (I.B.C.) was founded in 1993 in North Texas. We have over 70 employees serving 22 states with our Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Texas.
Our passion
We understand a simple business principle in the convenience store industry. C-store owners are overlooked by most suppliers when they have less than 50 stores. We understand how difficult it is to compete with the large chains which is why we bring you, the C-store owner, the buying power of our 7,500+ stores. We have attracted top talent with a variety of backgrounds and most importantly, love what they do for our members and our partners.

From day one, members enjoy access to our fully staffed corporate office and field personnel available to assist via phone, email and on site. We work along the side of members to resolve issues quickly and successfully, allowing member to do what they do best - run their business.

We pride ourselves on communication, initiative and providing members with necessary industry services like our FREE back-office system, free delivery services, printing, food service solutions, powerful decision-making tools, category management insights, new product platforms, point of sale, merchandizing materials and of course, I.B.C. is a leading provider of retail rebates in the industry.
